Chelsea Beck Johnston posted on Facebook April 3rd: I am so excited to officially announce that I have passed my Praxis exam for Speech-Language Pathology! Graduation cannot get here fast enough! #blessed #hardworkpaysoff

She posted the photo above as a summary for her year of 2015, and added these words: 2015 has been very good to us! I think our favorite part was becoming Auntie Chelsea and Unca Shane to Mr. Luke Ryan Beck! Can't wait to see what 2016 brings! — with Valerie Beck and Schuyler Beck.

Congratulations, Miss Chelsea, for all that's been happening in your life!

February, 2014

Our Chelsea posted the following on Facebook February 10, 2014:

I cannot even express how thankful I am to my friends, family, and wonderful husband for all of their support! I am so excited to be accepted to the NSU Speech-language Pathology masters program!!

Said Janet, when this webmaster let her know of Chelsea's announcement:

No, I didn't know about her going further with her education studies, but I am not surprised in any way.

I know she is smart enough to know that a 'girl' has to prepare herself for 'life,' and that means being able to take care of herself financially no matter what anyone else does.

She is very determined, as you can see.

After being congratulated by yours truly, Chelsea wrote on February 12:

Thank you, Paul! So very sweet of you :) I cannot wait to see where this wonderful field takes me!

To concern about her possibly giving up on singing and yodeling, Chelsea responded:

I am hoping to get back to doing music after I finish school.

School has always been a big priority for me and I felt that I needed to be prepared with a back up plan just in case things didn't work out with my music.

Above is a photo of Chelsea's current Facebook picture, and below is the picture she posted of her acceptance announcement. Both will provide a larger version when clicking on them.

Congratulations, Chelsea, and thank you for permission to use your words. You most certainly serve as an example to others as you progress in your career!
