| Friday | 9:00 AM | Janet McBride, the Yodel Queen (and Patsy Montana's good friend) will begin working with yodelers. |
| 11:00 AM | The 11th Patsy Montana Festival officially opens. Janet and Ole John will entertain us. |
| 11:30 AM | Break for lunch. The dining hall will be open. |
| 12:30 PM | Open Mic. If you want to perform, sign up. On Friday you can use tracks. After Friday musicians will play for you. |
| 1:30 PM | Yodeling workshop with Janet. |
| 3:00 PM | Show production workshop.You have the right to ask ANYone to help with your show. You will need an emcee and talent so start looking around. |
| 4:00 PM | Open Mic. Sign up if you want to perform. |
| 5:00 PM | The festival officially closes for the day. |
| Saturday | 9:00 AM | The day begins with Janet and yodeling workshop. Grab what you can..the time flies quicker than you think. |
| 10:00 AM | Show Productions. Make sure your show is signed up and on the schedule. You will have 30 minutes to get your "act" together. |
| 10:30 AM | Show productions begin. Each show must be exactly 15 minutes. We will help you work it all out. |
| 12:00 PM | Break for lunch. The dining room will be open. |
| 1:00 PM | Performances by staff. Janet, John, Jane, Larry and whomever might drop in. |
| 2:00 PM | The Patsy Montana 11th National Yodeling championship |
| 2:30 PM | Open Mic. Be sure to sign up. |
| 3:30 PM | Yodel Camp Graduation |
| 4:00 PM | Open Mic |
| 4:30 PM | Break for supper. Let's all eat at the dining hall. |
| 5:30 PM | Awards Presentation. |
| 6:30 PM | Presenting the 2009 Patsy Montana National Yodeling Championship and friends. |
| 7:00 PM | Closing of the 2009 Patsy Montana National Yodeling Chmpionship. |
| 8:00 PM | Until? As always, we encourage anyone who might like to stay and jam, please do so. |
| Sunday-Fun Day | 10:00 AM | Sleep in. The Talent roundup begins. (Everyone and everything is fair game...a joke, a song, a skit, a dance, an instrumental.) |
| 11:00 AM | Get the last yodel or lick from Janet. Exchange address, phones numbers, etc. |
| 12:00 PM | Awards presentation. 2009 Patsy Montana Festival officially closes. |
